congrats!

me, I've hit a snag as my knee has REALLY acted up in the last few days. I'm hoping it's just an overreaction to the cross-country drive and sitting for 8 hours a day 5 days in a row. And I really hope it clears up in a few days. OUCH.

I feel like I've been driving in a car with square wheels for the last several months when it comes to this challenge. The lastest was my back being out since mid January. Now that it's on the mend I'm looking forward to getting back on track.

How is everyone else doing?

Since I'll be climbing Mt. Fuji on July, I've started hiking a bit to be in better shape for it. I started with a city park hike with an elevation gain of 750 feet in 2.5 miles, today I've completed a hike close to the city with a gain of 1500 feet in 2.3 miles.

My last two or three hikes in this series will have a gain of over 4900 feet in 11 miles.

LL: Eat fat free meals for a while. Make yourself 250 grams of boiled rice in the mornings for breakfast instead of cereals and milk. It will go a long ways.

thanks for asking Reality - a reality check? Tongue

no updates = no real progress. Haven't lost ground either. Right now focusing on getting over massive jet lag and then getting back into daily exercise asap.

contrary to popular belief, there is a lot to be said about bacon and eggs for breakfast. Lot's of good enzymes and stuff. Hashed brown potatoes with peppers, mushrooms and onions makes a tasty side dish too.
